I'm not sure which is more remarkable: that Stevie Wonder recorded Someday at Christmas when he was just 17 years old, or that at 17, this was already his eighth studio album.

Originally released in 1967 on Tamla under producer Henry Cosby, Someday at Christmas applies Wonder's already-formidable vocals to the holiday songbook.

The record moves easily between soulful covers of holiday classics like "Silver Bells" and "The Little Drummer Boy," while being bookended by two of Wonder's most recognizable Christmas songs: "What Christmas Means to Me" and the title track "Someday at Christmas."

This limited repressing restores the original cover art and marks the album's first vinyl availability in decades.
