Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. This policy explains how shipping works across our three product categories: Music (vinyl, CDs, and cassettes), Clothing, and Music Care items (cleaners, brushes, and similar accessories).
Handling Time
All orders require 1–3 business days to be picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier before they ship. This applies regardless of shipping method — choosing a faster shipping speed at checkout affects transit time only, not how quickly your order leaves our hands.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin handling the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Because our catalog spans a few different fulfillment sources, shipping is calculated a little differently depending on what's in your cart:
Music (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes) A flat $7 shipping fee applies to orders under $99. Orders totaling $99 or more in Music items qualify for free shipping on that portion of the order.
Clothing Clothing items ship directly from our print partner and carry a separate flat $7 shipping fee. Clothing does not count toward the $99 free-shipping threshold for Music, and is charged its own flat rate even if your Music subtotal already qualifies for free shipping.
Music Care (cleaners, brushes, and accessories) These items ship directly from the manufacturer, and shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item and destination. Music Care items also do not count toward the Music free-shipping threshold.
If your order includes items from more than one category, you may see more than one shipping charge at checkout, and your items may arrive in separate packages, on separate timelines, since Clothing and Music Care items are fulfilled by outside partners rather than shipped from us directly.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, the delivery window shown by the carrier (e.g., "2-Day") begins the day the package is scanned in by the carrier — not the day the order was placed. Please factor in our 1–3 business day handling time on top of the carrier's stated transit time when estimating arrival.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order (or a portion of it) ships. If your order includes items from multiple categories, you may receive more than one tracking notification as each part ships from its respective source.
